L) TARPAULIN: If carrier provides a tarpaulin on open top container, consignee shall deposit $500.00 on 20 ft. container and $1000.00 on 40 ft. container, which deposit

will be refundable upon return of carrier's container and tarpaulin or tarpaulin alone if Consignee/Shipper's container, less cost of maintenance and repair, if any, on

the said tarpaulin.

M) Freight Charges assessed on Overflow Freight:

When two or more container are required for a single shipment, each container except the last one shall be loaded to the minimum weight or cubic as shown above

(Rule 15G) and he overflow freight loaded in the last container shall be charged freight on the actual weight or cubic measurement, however, the Carrier reserves the

right to fill out the last container.
