Carrier's service from Montreal and Toronto is predicated on rail service from rail ramps located in or near Montreal and Toronto, Canada.
Should Carrier be unable to utilize the rail services due to Force Majeure or customer request, Carrier may provide inland transportation
from Montreal or Toronto to an alternate rail ramp or to the port of load by truck at an additional expense to the cargo.
For Toronto rail ramp via the Montreal rail ramp Carrier will assess an additional charge of $400.00 per container on shipments that require
a trucking service
