Except as otherwise provided for in individual rate items, Open Tariff and
Service Contract rates for dry and refrigerated cargo moving between Canada and the
Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, Turks &
Caicos Islands, Windward Islands, Leewards Islands, or Guyana will be subject to
a General Rate Increase (GRI) effective January 07, 2018 as follows:
