Except as otherwise provided for in individual rate items, Open Tariff and Service Contract rates for dry and refrigerated cargo moving from Canada to the Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, Guyana, Turks & Caicos, Leeward Islands, Windward Islands, Aruba, Curacao, Columbia, Guadeloupe, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, or Venezuela will be subject to a General Rate Increase (GRI) effective June 28, 2015 as follows:
