Except as otherwise provided for in individual rate items, Open Tariff and Service Contract rates for cargo moving from Canada, the Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, Turks & Caicos, Leeward Islands, Windward Islands, or Guyana to Barbados will be subject to a General Rate Decrease (GRD) effective May 24, 2015 as follows:
