Except as otherwise provided in individual rate filings, cargo sailing to or
from Canada shall be subject to the following General Rate Increase effective
September 01, 2008.
GRI is applicable for cargo moving between Canada and the following:
Dominican Republic Ports:
$50.00 per 20' Dry and Refrigerated Containers
$100.00 per 40' Dry and Refrigerated Containers
Leeward Ports, Windward Ports, South America Ports:
$150.00 per 20' Dry and Refrigerated Containers
$300.00 per 40' Dry and Refrigerated Containers
