Except as otherwise provided in individual rate filings, cargo sailing to or from Canada shall be subject to the following General Rate Increase effective July 13, 2008.
 
LCL  rates shall be increased 5% rounded to highest $0.05. The calculation of the GRI will be based on the sum of all charges included in the LCL ocean freight rate.

Increase applies for all LCL cargo moving southbound and northbound.  Increase applies to all tariff and service contracts.

GRI is applicable for cargo moving between Canada and the following:
 
British Virgin Islands
Cayman Islands
Dominican Republic
Eastern Caribbean
Turks & Caicos Islands
Guyana
US Virgin Islands
San Juan
Port of Palm Beach

Exceptions: not applicable to the Bahamas (Nassau, Freeport and Marsh Harbour)
