Except as otherwise provided in individual rate filings, cargo sailing to or from Canada Ports shall be subject to the following General Rate Increase effective June 1, 2008.

GRI is applicable for:

 

BVI Ports

Bahamas Ports

Cayman Islands

Dominican Republic

Leeward Ports

Western Caribbean

Winward Ports

South America

 

All Dry Equipment            $15.00 per 20'

                                      $30.00 per 40'

 

All Reefer Equipment        $25.00 per 20'

                                      $50.00 per 40'
