Except as otherwise provided for in individual rate items, Open Tariff and Service Contract rates for dry cargo moving northbound and southbound, and southbound refrigerated cargo will be subject to a General Rate Increase (GRI) effective May 9, 2010 (C) for cargo moving between Canada and the following:
