STRAPPING
When shipper loaded flatrack or flatbed equipment requires securing with strapping, the Carrier will provide same at the following charges. These are in addition to Carrier's handling charges:

RATCHET STRAPS
When cargo is loaded on flatrack or flatbed equipment in Trinidad and requires
securing with ratchet straps, the Carrier will provide same at the following
charges.
These are in addition to Carrier's handling charges, all other charges shown in this Rule, and all other charges within Carrier's tariff.
