BANDING or STRAPPING (E) Expires 01/05/2014
When a Carrier must secure shipper loaded flatrack or flatbed equipment and banding or strapping is required, the Carrier will provide same at the following charges. These are in addition to Carrier handling charges:

BANDING or STRAPPING (A, I) Effective 01/05/2014
When shipper loaded flatrack or flatbed equipment requires securing with banding or strapping , the Carrier will provide same at the following charges. These are in addition to Carrier handling charges:

When a Carrier must secure shipper load flatrack or flatbed equipment and securing is required with chains, binders, and/or hooks, the Carrier will provide same at the following charges. These are in addition to Carrier handling charges:
