Bunker: Except as otherwise provided, a mandatory Bunker Fuel Surcharge will be assessed on all shipments in addition to all other rates and charges published herein as follows:
A. Bunker Surcharge Application Between Canada and the British Virgin Island Ports, Dominican Republic Ports, Windward Island Ports, Leeward Island Ports or South America Ports; or Between British Virgin Island Ports, Bahamas Ports, Dominican Republic Ports, Turks & Caicos Ports, Cayman Island Ports, Windward Island Ports, Leeward Island Ports or South America Ports; The bunker surcharge between shall be based on the following:
