Bunker: Except as otherwise provided, a mandatory Bunker Fuel Surcharge will be assessed on all shipments in addition to all other rates and charges published herein as follows:
A. Bunker Surcharge Application Between the Eastern Caribbean Ports of Anguilla, Antigua, Dominica, Grenada, Nevis, St. Barths, St Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Vincent, or Trinidad and all worldwide ports including Canada; between the South America Port of Guyana and all worldwide ports including Canada; between the British Virgin Islands Ports of Tortola or Virgin Gorda and all worldwide ports including Canada; between the Windward Island Port of Barbados and all worldwide ports (excluding Canada); between the Dominican Republic Ports of Caucedo or Puerto Plata and all worldwide ports (excluding Canada); between the Turks and Caicos Islands ports of Providenciales, Grand Turk, South Caicos, or West Caicos and all worldwide ports (including Canada); Between the Bahamian Ports of Nassau, Freeport, or Abaco and all worldwide ports ; and between the Cayman Islands ports of Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac, or Little Cayman and all worldwide ports (excluding Canada) shall be based on the following:
