INLAND TRANSPORTATION SERVICE: Carrier may, upon request of the Shipper, arrange for inland transportation service. Unless otherwise indicated within this Rule or provided for in specific rate item, cargo originating from or destined to points listed below will be assessed inland transportation charges as shown. Intermodal Operations Surcharge as stated in Rule 10.060 will apply as indicated. Rates may also be subject to Rule 10.001 – Inland Transportation - Additional Services if applicable.
1. INLAND TRANSPORTATION SERVICE- CANADA: All shipments utilizing a rail facility within Canada will also be subject to an Intermodal Operations Surcharge as found in Rule 10.060
