Except as otherwise provided for in individual rate items, Open Tariff and
Service Contract rates for dry and refrigerated cargo moving between the
Continental US and the Windward Islands, Leewards Islands, or Guyana will be
subject to a General Rate Increase (GRI) effective March 31, 2018 as follows:
