Except as otherwise provided for in individual rate items, Open Tariff and
Service Contract rates for dry and refrigerated cargo moving between the
Continental US and the Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominican
Republic, Turks & Caicos Islands, Windward Islands, Leewards Islands, or Guyana;
or between Canada and Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands will be subject to a General Rate Increase (GRI) effective September 03, 2017 as
