A shipper may request a 'Late Gate' to return or
pick-up container after regular working hours. If Carrier grants a 'Late Gate'
request, the Shipper will be assessed the following surcharge. The surcharge is
in addition to all other applicable charges.

Note 1: Applies to loaded or empty equipment. At Carrier's discretion, if Late Gate request for loaded equipment includes returning the empty it may be considered as one incident
