Rolled Cargo Surcharge
At the request of the customer, if a container is booked and tendered to the Carrier or Carrier's agent for shipment for a particular voyage but then requested to be held in the Port of Palm Beach for a subsequent voyage, the Carrier will assess a charge of $50 for each roll over instance. This charge will be applicable to export bookings from the Port of Palm Beach, FL. Storage and Detention & Demurrage charges shall apply in addition to this charge, when applicable.
