A fee of $10.00 per Vehicle will be charged for all self-propelled vehicles chipped via Port of Palm Beach.

In accordance with Department of Treasury, Information Bulletin no. 98-033 the term self-propelled is defined as, "any automobile, truck, bus, motorcycle, motor home, self-propelled agricultural machinery, self-propelled construction equipment, forklifts, fork-trucks, golf carts and any other self propelled item designed for running on land but not rail. (Note: Any vehicle mechanically inoperable, but clearly designed and manufactured as a self-propelled vehicle, remains, for the purpose of this definition as a self propelled vehicle)".
