The following items will NOT be accepted for
shipment, except when prior arrangements have been concluded with Carrier (C):
A) Freight which because of its inherent vice is likely to contaminate or otherwise damage containers or other
cargo. Also see Rule 16 "Hazardous Cargo".
B) Live Animals, and fowls, or birds, domestic or wild
C) Bank bills, coin or currency, deeds, drafts, notes or valuable paper of any kind, jewelry, including costume or
novelty jewelry, postage stamps affixed, precious metals or articles manufactured there from, precious stones, revenue
stamps, works of art, antiques or other related or unrelated antiques, rare, or precious articles of extraordinary value
** Should shipper place an unauthorized prohibited article within their shipping package without the consent of the Carrier, shipper
does so at its own risk and acknowledges that any manifest or other documentation presented to Tropical Shipping, and any included,
corresponding and/or indicated cargo values provided on any such manifest or documentation does not constitute consent by the Carrier
express or implied, and such values have been provided only for customs and/or export regulatory purposes and not for the purpose of
declaring any value whatsoever to the carrier for purposes of an ad valorem declaration of values or any other similar purpose, and the
shipper further acknowledge that all defenses and limitations of liability which apply to carriage of shipments not subject to any ad valorem
declaration apply with full force and effect to this or these shipment(s). (A, C) Eff 08/28/2005
