Rule 2.015 – Carrier’s Liability

Carrier's responsibility for cargo loaded in its container(s), or others, shall not commence until such container(s) is (are) returned to Carrier's Terminal and a receipt given therefore, and Carrier's responsibility shall cease upon acceptance of such container by Consignee at Carrier's Terminal.
