The rules, regulations, and rates in this tariff apply to all transshipment arrangements between the publishing Carrier or Carriers and the participating connecting or feeder Carrier.

Participating connecting or feeder Carriers, which is a party to transshipment arrangements, have agreed to observe the tariff rules, regulations, rates, and routings established herein as evidenced by a Connecting Carrier Agreement between the parties.

***Note: All rates to Virgin Gorda in Section 5 are via the Port of Palm Beach, FL with transshipment in Tortola. The participating connecting Carrier is Midnight Star.
