For all inland moves a Inland Fuel Surcharge will be assessed as follows:
 

ZONE 1

a) Florida: Dade, Broward, Palm Beach Counties

b) Tampa City Limits (For cargo exporting out of Port of Tampa only).

c) Houston City Limits (For cargo exporting out of Port of Houston only.)

d) New Orleans City Limits (For cargo exporting out of Port of New Orleans only.) (E, C) Eff 12/11/205

e) All cargo originating in Jacksonville City Limits

$50 per Container

ZONE 2

Florida - All other Florida points not listed in Zone 1

$150 per Container 

ZONE 2: Refrigerated Meats & Poultry NOS only
