|
Except as otherwise provided for in individual rate items, all inland moves shall be subject to a per container (to include all types & sizes of equipment) Inland Fuel Surcharge (IFS). Effective 01/18/2015 Inland moves may also be subject to the Inland Transportation Service Charge (ITSC) per Rule 10.0 (C, I). If more than one stop occurs during movement of the container, the IFS amount will be applied to the furthest zone traveled.
Unless otherwise specified, Inland Fuel Surcharge applies to both Southbound and Northbound cargo.
