For all inland moves a Inland Fuel Surcharge will be assessed as follows:
 

ZONE 1

Florida - Dade, Broward, Palm Beach Counties (C, A), Tampa City Limits (For cargo exporting out of Port of Tampa only). (R, C)

ZONE 2

Florida - All other Florida points not listed in Zone 1 (C)

$150 per Container Eff 10/09/2005

ZONE 2: Refrigerated Poultry NOS only
