Except as otherwise provided, all inland moves shall be subject to a per container (to include all types & sizes of equipment) Inland Fuel Surcharge (IFS). If more than one stop occurs during movement of the container, the IFS amount will be applied to the furthest zone traveled.

 

Charges will be assessed as follows:
 

ZONE 1

a) Florida: Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St Lucie, Indian River & Okeechobee Counties

b) Tampa City Limits (For cargo exporting out of Port of Tampa only).

c) Houston City Limits (For cargo exporting out of Port of Houston only.)

d) New Orleans City Limits (For cargo exporting out of Port of New Orleans only.)

e) Mobile City Limits (For cargo exporting out of Port of Mobile only)

f) All cargo originating in Jacksonville City Limits
