Collapsed or Postless Flatrack  - On Shipper load or Carrier load flatracks with one or more posts collapsed; or postless flatracks, the following charges will be assessed.

NOTE 1: Applicable to Carrier-Owned Open Top Containers: When Customer requests a Tarp for an Open Top Container, Carrier shall provide the Tarp

at no additional charge. Upon completion of the shipment if the Customer fails to return the Tarp, or if the Tarp is returned damaged or in otherwise unusable

condition to the Carrier with the return of the equipment, the following charge will be applied to the bill to party for the Tarp.
