INLAND TRANSPORTATION SERVICE: Carrier may, upon request of the Shipper, arrange for inland transportation service. Unless otherwise indicated within this Rule or provided for in specific rate item, cargo originating from or destined to points listed below will be assessed inland transportation charges as shown. Inland Fuel Surcharge (IFS) as stated in Rule 10.061 will apply as indicated. Rates may also be subject to Rule 10.001 – Inland Transportation - Additional Services if applicable.
