Charge
for Preparation of a Corrected Bill of Lading
When
Shipper, or its agent, requests that Carrier issue a corrected Bill of Lading to
amend any entries on the B/L, Carrier will apply the following charges for the
correct Bill of Lading. This charge shall not apply if the correction is
due to the fault of the Carrier.

When the Carrier is requested to prepare Full Container Load (FCL) or Less than Container Load (LCL) Consolidation Shipments, the documentation charges below will apply in addition to the Bill of Lading Processing Fee. Consolidation Service is not provided for the following: vehicles, boats, breakbulk/rolling stock, or machinery/heavy equipment.

3. Bank name & full address (street, city,
state, island, zip)
4. Terms of Draft
5. Bill of Lading Distribution
6. Instructions to the bank
7. Amount of the Draft
Carrier is under NO obligation
or responsibility for the preparation of the draft without the information
listed above.
