(A) Effective July 13, 2008

 

Except as otherwise provided for in individual rate items the following General Rate Increase will apply to all LCL shipments between the US, USVI and Puerto Rico effective July 13, 2008 as stated below:

LCL  rates shall be increased 5% rounded to highest $0.05. The calculation of the GRI will be based on the sum of all charges included in the LCL ocean freight rate.

Increase applies for cargo moving southbound and northbound.  Increase applies to dry and refrigerated LCL rates.  Increase applies to all tariff and service contracts.
