Shipments of dry or refrigerated cargo carried under Open Tariff or Service Contract and exported from, or imported to the Port of Palm Beach, FL will be assessed an Inland Operations Surcharge when Carrier arranges Inland Transportation for Origins/Destinations shown below. The charge will be applied per container and is in addition to all other inland charges found within Carrier's tariff.
Note: Charge will not be applicable to Rum ISO Tanks (I, C, R) Effective 08/15/21
